How do attendees sign in to my meeting?

Step 1:
From the visitor sign in screen select 'Meeting Sign In':



Step 2:
Enter your meeting ID and access code:



Step 3:
This will take the you to the meeting sign in screen for attendees. Students can sign in with their student ID:

Step 4:
Student attendees should enter their details and click 'Confirm':

Step 5:
The system confirms the student has signed in to the meeting:

Step 6:
The system returns to the meetings sign in screen ready for the next attendee. This time it is a non-student:

Step 7:
The attendee should enter their details and click 'Confirm':

Step 8:
The system confirms the visitor has signed in to the meeting:

Step 9:
The system returns to the meetings sign in screen ready for the next attendee. If there are no more attendees click 'Cancel'.
